Who we are

Information we collect

When you make an enquiry, we may collect the enquirer’s name, email address and phone number, together with the dancer’s first name, age, style of interest and anything else included in the message. Please do not send medical or other sensitive information through the website form.

How we use it

We use enquiry information to answer questions, suggest a suitable class and take steps requested before someone joins the school. Our lawful bases are legitimate interests in responding to enquiries and, where relevant, taking steps before providing classes.

We do not use enquiry details for unrelated marketing without permission.

Service providers

We use Vercel to host the website, Cloudflare Turnstile to identify automated submissions, Upstash to apply privacy-preserving rate limits and Resend to deliver approved enquiries by email. If analytics cookies are accepted, Google Analytics helps us understand use of the website. Location pages include maps supplied by OpenStreetMap, and Google Maps opens when a visitor requests directions. These providers may process information outside the United Kingdom using appropriate safeguards.

How long we keep it

Unsuccessful enquiries are normally deleted within 12 months of the last contact. If a dancer joins the school, relevant information may be retained as part of the school’s pupil and administration records. Rate-limit identifiers are hashed and expire automatically. Google Analytics event data is retained according to the setting in the school’s Analytics property.

Your rights

You may ask for access to your information, correction, deletion, restriction or objection where applicable. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Analytics choices

Google Analytics runs only after you select Accept analytics. You can change that choice at any time using Analytics choices in the footer.
